Does the aquarium still need to be cycled with this water?

Answer:

Yes aquarium water should be cycled 25% every week. I reuse this container so I always have preconditioned water ready when I need to cycle my fish tank. Just by the bottles of conditioner and put them into the jug with new water when empty.
